I don't measure things very precisely, but here's my guesstimate:
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
1 Tbs Coconut Flour
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 Tbs Blackstrap Molasses
1/4 c. Water (or coconut water)
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
Combine, Mix, and Let Sit for 10 minutes... add water to adjust consistency.
Grinding the chia seeds is a good idea, but you don't have to.
